(a) The chief shall issue a pocket identification card to the owner, partners, officers, managing members, and qualified manager. The chief shall determine the form and content of the card. A photo identification card will be furnished to any owner, partner, officer, managing member, qualified manager, or branch office manager upon written request and payment of the fee prescribed by this chapter.
(b) This section shall remain in effect only until January 1, 2019, and as of that date is repealed, unless a later enacted statute, that is enacted before January 1, 2019, deletes or extends that date.
