Regulated explosives; persons convicted of felonies; prior
unrelated convictions
Sec. 3. A person who has been convicted of a felony by an Indiana
court or a court of any other state, the United States, or another
country and knowingly or intentionally:
(1) possesses;
(2) manufactures;
(3) transports;
(4) distributes;
(5) possesses with the intent to distribute; or
(6) offers to distribute;
a regulated explosive commits a Class C felony. However, the
offense is a Class B felony if the person has a prior unrelated
conviction for an offense under this section.
