Section 5. Jury lists prepared as above provided shall annually, before August first, be printed with the name of each juror together with the information provided for in section four, and a copy thereof shall be delivered to the mayor or selectmen and to the clerk of the city or town to which such list relates, and to the clerks and assistant clerks of the supreme judicial and superior courts in the county where such city or town is situated, to be kept by said clerks and assistant clerks for the use of said courts.
