324.45503 Frogs; permits to take for scientific or experimental purposes; revocation.

Sec. 45503.

The department may, pursuant to part 13, issue permits to take frogs at any season of the year if used for scientific or experimental purposes. These permits are revocable at the pleasure of the department.
