324.45504 Violation of part or false statement; penalty.

Sec. 45504.

A person who violates this part or who makes a false statement in securing or attempting to secure a permit under this part is guilty of a misdemeanor, punishable by imprisonment for not more than 90 days, or a fine of not more than $50.00 and costs of prosecution, or both.
