388.1869 Payment to Saginaw Chippewa Tribal College; costs of waiving tuition for North American Indians.

Sec. 269.

For fiscal year 2015-2016, from the amount appropriated in section 236 to Central Michigan University for operations, $29,700.00 shall be paid to Saginaw Chippewa Tribal College for the costs of waiving tuition for North American Indians under 1976 PA 174, MCL 390.1251 to 390.1253.
