388.1870 Payment to Bay Mills Community College; costs of waiving tuition for North American Indians.

Sec. 270.

For fiscal year 2015-2016, from the amount appropriated in section 236 to Lake Superior State University for operations, $100,000.00 shall be paid to Bay Mills Community College for the costs of waiving tuition for North American Indians under 1976 PA 174, MCL 390.1251 to 390.1253.
