490.202 Fees, fines, or other money received or collected by commissioner; disposition; use.

Sec. 202.

Any fees, fines, or other money received or collected by the commissioner or the office of financial and insurance services under this act is not refundable and shall be deposited into the state treasury to the credit of the office of financial and insurance services and used only for the operation of the office of financial and insurance services.
