Nevada Revised Statutes Section 171.162 - Procedure in Criminal Cases
Duty of Secretary of State. On March 4, 1955, the Secretary of State shall certify a copy of NRS 171.154 to 171.164, inclusive, to the executive department of each of the states of the United States.
