Certification of copy of records; delivery of copy to Chief Parole and Probation Officer. The court shall, upon the entering of an order of probation or suspension of sentence, as provided for in this chapter, direct the clerk of the court to certify a copy of the records in the case and deliver the copy to the Chief Parole and Probation Officer.
