Notice to defendant of provisions concerning sealing of records of proceedings leading to dismissal. Upon the entry of an order dismissing a criminal action or proceeding, the court shall provide the defendant with a written notice of the provisions of NRS 179.255 which concern the sealing of records of the proceedings leading to the dismissal.
