Disclosure of information by law enforcement agencies. The law enforcement agency in whose jurisdiction a sex offender resides or is a student or worker shall disclose information regarding the sex offender to the appropriate persons pursuant to the guidelines and procedures established by the Attorney General pursuant to NRS 179D.600 to 179D.800, inclusive.
