Time for filing articles of incorporation with Federal Home Loan Bank; number of copies; certification by Secretary of State. Within 10 days after the filing of the articles of incorporation with the Secretary of State, there shall be filed with the Federal Home Loan Bank of which such association is a member two copies of the articles of incorporation, certified by the Secretary of State.
