Nevada Revised Statutes Section 673.750 - Financial Institutions

Powers and privileges same as domestic association; conditions. Every federal savings and loan association incorporated under the provisions of the Home Owners’ Loan Act of 1933, 12 U.S.C. §§ 1461 to 1468, inclusive, as amended or supplemented, having its principal place of business in the State of Nevada, and the holders of shares or share accounts issued by the association, respectively, have all the rights, powers and privileges, and are entitled to the same exemptions and immunities granted, respectively, to savings and loan associations organized under the laws of this state and to the holders of savings accounts, investment certificates or guaranty stock of state associations.
