Violation of chapter or fraudulent misrepresentation of contract or securities by association. Any association which violates any provisions of this chapter or fraudulently misrepresents the terms of any contract or of any securities, and thereby secures a sale therefor, shall be punished by a fine of not exceeding $1,000 and forfeiture and revocation of all licenses issued to it under the provisions of this chapter.
