New York Civil Rights Law Article 1 - Short Title

• 1 - Short Title.
  Section. This chapter shall be known as the "Civil Rights Law."
• 1-a - Definitions.
  The term "minor" or "infant", as used in this chapter, shall mean a person who has not attained the age of eighteen years.
