(a) The State Controller shall establish a reserve in the General Fund to be known as the One North Carolina Fund Reserve. Funds from the One North Carolina Fund Reserve shall not be transferred except in accordance with G.S. 143B-437.75.
(b) It is the intent of the General Assembly to appropriate funds annually to the One North Carolina Fund Reserve established in this section in amounts sufficient to meet the anticipated cash requirements for each fiscal year of the One North Carolina Fund Program established pursuant to G.S. 143B-437.71. (2012-142, s. 13.6(f); 2013-360, s. 6.12(g).)
