Oregon Statutes - Chapter 109 - Parent and Child Rights and Relationships - Section 109.116 - Validity of putative father’s authorization, release or waiver.

Any authorization, release or waiver given by the putative father with reference to the custody or adoption of the child or the termination of parental rights shall be valid even if given prior to the child’s birth. [1975 c.640 §11]
