Oregon Statutes - Chapter 109 - Parent and Child Rights and Relationships - Section 109.721 - Priority.

If a question of existence or exercise of jurisdiction under ORS 109.701 to 109.834 is raised in a child custody proceeding, the question, upon request of a party, must be given priority on the calendar and handled expeditiously. [1999 c.649 §7]
