If a document or part thereof is not in the English language, a translation certified by the translator to be accurate may be attached thereto and shall be regarded as sufficient evidence of the contents of the document, unless objection is made thereto. In the absence of objection, if any person relies in good faith on the accuracy of the translation the person shall not be prejudiced thereafter because of its inaccuracy. [1969 c.591 §17]
