Oregon Statutes - Chapter 111 - General Provisions - Section 111.265 - Stenographic record.

The judge of the court may, on the motion of the judge or on the request of an interested person, direct the reporter of the court to attend any hearing and make a stenographic record of the same. [1969 c.591 §18]
