Oregon Statutes - Chapter 169 - Local and Regional Correctional Facilities; Prisoners; Juvenile Facilities - Section 169.540 - Liability for expenses of keeping federal prisoners.

The United States shall pay for the support and keeping of prisoners committed by virtue of legal process issued by or under its authority, the same charges and allowance provided for the support or keeping of prisoners committed under the laws of this state.
