Oregon Statutes - Chapter 179 - Administration of State Institutions - Section 179.230 - Rejection of claim final and not reviewable.

The decision of the Department of Human Services, the Department of Corrections or the Superintendent of Public Instruction to reject any claim filed under ORS 179.210 is final, and is not subject to review under ORS chapter 183, or by any other agency or court.
