Oregon Statutes - Chapter 179 - Administration of State Institutions - Section 179.400 - Rentals to officers and employees at institution.

The superintendent of an institution may rent state-provided housing located at the institution under the jurisdiction of the superintendent to state officers and employees or others. The rental shall be determined pursuant to ORS 182.425. [Amended by 1977 c.583 §2]
