Oregon Statutes - Chapter 179 - Administration of State Institutions - Section 179.405 - License required for teachers at institution.

No Department of Corrections institutions, youth correction facilities as defined in ORS 420.005 and institutions listed in ORS 427.010 shall employ persons regularly as teachers who are not licensed. [Formerly 342.174; 2001 c.295 §16]
