Oregon Statutes - Chapter 18 - Judgments - Section 18.029 - Effect of chapter on use of judgment.

The provisions of this chapter do not impose any requirement that a court use a judgment for the court’s concluding decision on a request for relief if a legal authority allows or requires that the court decide the request for relief by order or other means. [2005 c.568 §6]
