Oregon Statutes - Chapter 180 - Attorney General; Department of Justice - Section 180.030 - Filing certificate of election or appointment.

Before entering upon the duties of office the Attorney General shall qualify by filing with the Secretary of State the certificate of election or of appointment. [Amended by 2005 c.797 §28]
