Oregon Statutes - Chapter 181 - State Police; Crime Reporting and Records; Public Safety Standards and Training - Section 181.465 - Demand for payment of deposit; effect of failure to pay on demand.

Members of the Department of State Police who are called as expert witnesses in civil cases may demand the payment of a deposit as specified in ORS 181.460 (2) for one day, in advance, and when so demanded shall not be compelled to attend until the deposit is paid. [1989 c.725 §3]
