Oregon Statutes - Chapter 181 - State Police; Crime Reporting and Records; Public Safety Standards and Training - Section 181.490 - Exception to provisions of ORS 181.450 to 181.485.

ORS 181.450 to 181.485 shall not apply to any proceeding in which a public body is a party. For the purposes of this section, “public body” has the meaning given in ORS 30.260. [1989 c.725 §10]
