Oregon Statutes - Chapter 182 - State Administrative Agencies - Section 182.105 - Information concerning tax benefits of providing child care under employee benefit plan.

Any state agency may provide information to employers concerning the tax benefits of providing child care, as defined in ORS 657A.250, under an employee benefit plan. [1985 c.753 §5; 1995 c.278 §28]
