Oregon Statutes - Chapter 182 - State Administrative Agencies - Section 182.162 - Definitions for ORS 182.162 to 182.168.

As used in ORS 182.162 to 182.168:

(1) “State agency” has the meaning given that term in ORS 358.635.

(2) “Tribe” means a federally recognized Indian tribe in Oregon. [2001 c.177 §1]
