Oregon Statutes - Chapter 194 - Notaries Public - Section 194.700 - Disposition of moneys.

All moneys received by the Secretary of State under this chapter shall be paid into the State Treasury and credited to the Operating Account under ORS 56.041. [1983 c.393 §15; 1993 c.66 §9]
