The Land Conservation and Development Commission may establish by rule fees to cover the cost of notice given to persons by the Director of the Department of Land Conservation and Development under ORS 197.610 (1) and 197.615 (3). [1983 c.827 §11f; 1985 c.565 §28; 1991 c.612 §15]
