Oregon Statutes - Chapter 197 - Comprehensive Land Use Planning Coordination - Section 197.652 - Establishing regional problem-solving programs.

Programs of the collaborative regional problem-solving process described in ORS 197.654 and 197.656 shall be established in counties or regions geographically distributed throughout the state. [1996 c.6 §3; 1997 c.365 §1]
