Oregon Statutes - Chapter 203 - County Governing Bodies; County Home Rule - Section 203.090 - State preemption of local laws relating to private security providers.

The provisions of ORS 181.620, 181.870 to 181.887 and 181.991 preempt any laws of the political subdivisions of this state relating to the regulation of private security providers. [1995 c.510 §1; 2003 c.546 §13; 2005 c.447 §13]
