Oregon Statutes - Chapter 203 - County Governing Bodies; County Home Rule - Section 203.115 - Statutory power to set fees limited to once annually.

A county governing body shall not change the amount of a fee it has set pursuant to statute within one year after setting that fee. [1979 c.833 §1]
