Oregon Statutes - Chapter 241 - Civil Service for County Employees - Section 241.295 - Appointments and promotions to be made only as provided in ORS 241.016 to 241.990.

No appointment or promotion to any position in the classified civil service of the county shall be made except in the manner provided in ORS 241.016 to 241.990.
