Oregon Statutes - Chapter 241 - Civil Service for County Employees - Section 241.410 - Prohibition of transfer, reinstatement, suspension or dismissal contrary to ORS 241.016 to 241.990.

No person shall be reinstated in, or transferred, suspended or discharged from any position contrary to the provisions of ORS 241.016 to 241.990.
