Oregon Statutes - Chapter 243 - Public Employee Rights and Benefits - Section 243.345 - Smoking in places of state employment; policy statement.

The Legislative Assembly finds that because the smoking of tobacco creates a health hazard, it is necessary to protect the public health by restricting smoking in places of employment operated by the State of Oregon. [Formerly 243.220]
