Oregon Statutes - Chapter 255 - Special District Elections - Section 255.045 - Notice of change of district boundary.

If the boundary of a district is changed, the district board immediately shall send a certified copy of the order, resolution or other action changing the boundary to the elections officer. [1979 c.190 §285]
