Oregon Statutes - Chapter 275 - County Lands - Section 275.250 - Notice to county assessor of sale or resale.

Upon any sale or resale as provided in ORS 275.110 to 275.220, the governing body of the county shall notify the county assessor thereof. [Amended by 2005 c.243 §18]
