Oregon Statutes - Chapter 279A - Public Contracting - General Provisions - Section 279A.275 - Leasing of state property.

The Oregon Department of Administrative Services may lease any state property not needed for public use, provided the law does not prohibit the leasing and the authority to lease is not vested in any other state agency. [2003 c.794 §41]
