The Oregon Department of Administrative Services, where it would be economical so to do, may provide clerical and stenographic pool services as needed for unusual work demands of state agencies above the normal demands that can be met by their permanent staffs. The cost of such services shall be charged to the agencies utilizing such services and paid to the department in the same manner as other claims against the agencies are paid. [Formerly 291.664]
