Oregon Statutes - Chapter 285A - Economic Development I - Section 285A.615 - Economic and Community Development Department managerial assistance and technical services; cooperation with other agencies.

(1) The Economic and Community Development Department shall provide managerial assistance and technical referral services to ports.

(2) The department shall disseminate such research and technical information as is available to the department.

(3) The department shall work cooperatively with existing organizations and agencies that provide research and technical services, including, but not limited to:

(a) The Department of State Lands;

(b) The State Marine Board; and

(c) The Sea Grant College and marine extension services at Oregon State University. [Formerly 285.810; 2007 c.804 §24]
