Oregon Statutes - Chapter 285A - Economic Development I - Section 285A.672 - Commission review of application; fee.

(1) Upon receipt of an application filed as provided in ORS 285A.669, the Oregon Economic and Community Development Commission shall determine whether the plans and specifications for the proposed project set forth in or accompanying the application are satisfactory. If the commission determines that the plans and specifications are not satisfactory, the commission may within 60 days:

(a) Reject the application.

(b) Require the applicant to submit additional information of the plans and specifications as may be necessary.

(2) The commission shall charge and collect from the applicant, at the time the application is filed, a fee of not to exceed $100. Moneys referred to in this subsection shall be paid into the Oregon Port Revolving Fund. [Formerly 285.875; 2001 c.883 §10]
