Oregon Statutes - Chapter 285B - Economic Development II - Section 285B.248 - All counties to be included in region.

In carrying out the provisions of ORS 285B.230 to 285B.269, the Economic and Community Development Department shall work to ensure that all counties are included in a region with an adopted regional investment strategy and that each regional investment strategy is approved for implementation.
