Oregon Statutes - Chapter 285B - Economic Development II - Section 285B.264 - Evaluations required following distributions from Rural Investment Fund and Regional Investment Fund.

The Regional Investment Fund created under ORS 285B.260 shall be evaluated by the Economic and Community Development Department to determine if the regional investment strategy funded by a distribution has met the criteria established by the strategy for:

(1) Long-term and short-term job creation and retention activities, including the number of jobs created and retained and wage levels;

(2) Leveraging long-term investments;

(3) Maximizing moneys leveraged with short-term investments; and

(4) The success of other strategic, long term economic development projects funded. [2003 c.773 §26a; 2007 c.804 §69]
