On or before January 15 of each year, the State Treasurer shall report to the Legislative Assembly in the manner provided by ORS 192.245 on actions taken by the State Treasurer and the Oregon Investment Council pursuant to the provisions of ORS 293.811 to 293.817. The State Treasurer shall consult with the council in preparing reports under this section. [2005 c.774 §8]
