(1) Each bank depository shall keep on file with the State Treasurer the name and address of its custodian bank.
(2) Each public official shall keep on file with the State Treasurer the names, addresses and such other information as the State Treasurer shall prescribe by rule of each depository in which the public official deposits public funds. [Formerly 295.055]

295.006. Each depository bank shall keep on file with the State Treasurer the names and addresses of each of its custodian banks and pool managers.
