Oregon Statutes - Chapter 295 - Depositories of Public Funds and Securities - Section 295.093 - Depositing moneys with treasurer of political subdivision.

Any public official may deposit moneys coming into the hands of the public official in connection with official duties with the treasurer of the political subdivision or public corporation concerned and obtain a receipt therefor. [Formerly 295.165]
